The PA30 fire door set has a limited size range and is suitable for interior use only. It is a more economic and limited version of the PR30 fire door set. The PA30 is available in timber or steel frame with a variety of leaf facing and hardware options.

The construction of the PA30 has a solid core and requires no metal fixing plates or channel in the door leaf

If required, bottom seals can be selected from the Hardware list.

The maximum area per door leaf is 2.468m2 (Height x Width).

The BP30 door set is available in timber or steel frame and is suitable for interior or exterior use.

The Best BP30 is a side hung fire door set. The door set configuration may be single leaf or pair, finished with a variety of facings and hung in a timber or steel frame. The solid nature of this door set lends itself to good acoustic performance and with the right acoustic seals it can be certified to STC 30 in addition to offering up to 30 minutes fire and smoke protection. 

The BP30 has approval for large vision panels and is available with a range of hardware options.

If required, bottom seals can be selected from the Hardware list.

The thickness of the BP30 door leaf is 45mm with an approximate leaf weight of 27kg/m2

The Smoke Control door set is a solid core door set, 40mm thick with smoke seals to the head and jambs of the frame. This door set provides a barrier so that smoke cannot easily pass between rooms.

Best Smoke Control door sets are manufactured to comply with the requirements of the NZ Building Code (NZBC), set out in the Acceptable Solutions Appendix C, C6.1.2. They are required if doors are needed in smoke separations.

The door set configuration may be single leaf or pair, finished with a variety of facings and hung or pivoted in a timber or steel frame. An additional seal to the bottom of the door leaf can be added upon request.

The minimum thickness of the Smoke Control leaf is 40mm with an approximate leaf weight of 27kg/m²
